CONFERENCE On
January 10, 2004, Elisabeth Ferrero was the guest speaker in
the cultural series of programs called, "Colloqui
d'autore" that included eminent authors and scholars such
as Vittorio Sgarbi, Davide Rondoni, Roberto Tagliaferri and
many others. At the Biblioteca G. D. Romagnosi in
Salsomaggiore, Italy, she spoke of "La poesia
della Carta della Terra e la coscienza ecologica". ART-BOOK

un tratto by Mario Luzi is one ot the most important artbooks of our times. It was
presented on November 26,
2003 in Milan at the Sala Consiglio of the Touring
Club Italiano. The art-book, in a limited edition of 100
copies, contains five
poems by Mario Luzi and four
engravings by Ludovico Calchi Novati, one of most prominent
artists of today. The poems in A un tratto are
translated into English by Elisabeth Ferrero . The
publishers are Guido Venturini & Philippe Daverio.

The
Earth Charter. A Manuscript for Reflection for Action
by
Elisabeth Ferrero and Joe Holland is being translated into Portuguese by the Paulo Freire
Institute in the collection "Guia da Escola Cidadã", by
Cortez Publishers, in São Paulo, Brazil. The book will be
presented in San Paulo, Brazil, on April 1st, during the Forum
Mundial of Education
